Falk Forum: A Focus on Transition of Care in patients with IBD

As part of the Australian Falk Forum educational meeting series we are pleased to invite you to attend and participate in an interactive livestream webinar with Dr Ed Giles and Dr Astrid Williams. The presentation and subsequent interactive discussion will address the approach of facilitating paediatric to adult IBD transition through the establishment of Young Adult IBD Clinic (by Dr Ed Giles) and will also introduce and share new NSW resources to aid with IBD transition (Dr Astrid Williams).
